{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-268.755","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 268.755","heading":"Acquisition of real property.","body":"To carry out a community development program, a city may acquire real property, including air or water rights or other interests in the real property, by purchase, lease, donation or otherwise, where the real property is:\n1. Blighted, deteriorated, deteriorating, undeveloped or inappropriately developed, from the standpoint of sound community development and growth, as determined by state and local laws;\n2. Appropriate for:\n(a) Rehabilitation or conservation activities;\n(b) Preservation or restoration of historic sites;\n(c) Beautification of urban land;\n(d) Conservation of open spaces, natural resources, scenic spaces or areas;\n(e) Creation of recreational opportunities; or\n(f) Guidance of urban development; and\n3.
