Increases a building’s structural resiliency for seismic events;\n2. Improves indoor air quality;\n3. Improves wind and fire resistance;\n4. Improves stormwater quality or reduces on-site or off-site risk of flash flooding;\n5. Improves or enhances the ability of a building to withstand an electrical outage;\n6. Reduces or mitigates the urban heat island effect or the effects of extreme heat;\n7. Reduces any other environmental hazard identified by a municipality; or\n8.
