Mixed-use development, transit-oriented development, the development of a brownfield site and development which minimizes the negative impact on the environment. As used in this subsection, “brownfield site” has the meaning ascribed to it in 42 U.S.C. § 9601.\n2. Large commercial development which provides employee parking at a site other than the commercial development.
