The planning commission shall include:\n1. The chief planning officers of Carson City and the counties of Douglas and Washoe;\n2. The county health officer of Douglas County or a designee of the county health officer;\n3. The county health officer of Washoe County or a designee of the county health officer;\n4. The Administrator of the Division of Environmental Protection of the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or a designee of the Administrator;\n5. The Executive Officer of the Nevada Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, who shall act as chair; and\n6.
