To the extent that money is available, a public employer shall provide training concerning diversity and racial equity to each of its officers and employees, which may include, without limitation, training regarding:\n(a) Implicit and unconscious bias; and\n(b) Undoing organizational, institutional, structural and systemic racism.\n2.
