Except as otherwise provided in this section, the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS do not apply to:\n(a) Any meeting or hearing held by the Commission to receive information or evidence concerning a request for an advisory opinion; and\n(b) Any deliberations or actions of the Commission on such information or evidence.\n2.
