If a strike by teachers or an employee organization representing teachers is commenced or continued in violation of an order issued pursuant to NRS 288.705, the court may:\n(a) Punish the employee organization guilty of such violation by a fine of not more than $50,000 against each employee organization for each day of continued violation.\n(b) Punish any officer of the employee organization who is wholly or partly responsible for such violation by a fine of not more than $1,000 for each day of continued violation.\n2.
