Immediately notify the Commission if a peace officer employed by the agency:\n(a) Is charged with a crime for which the regulations adopted by the Commission pursuant to NRS 289.510 authorize the Commission to revoke or suspend the certificate of the peace officer; or\n(b) Resigns from employment or otherwise separates from employment with the agency while an investigation concerning alleged misconduct is pending; and\n2.
