A sample ballot;\n2. Information concerning the date and hours of operation of the polling place;\n3. Instructions for voting and casting a ballot, including a provisional ballot pursuant to NRS 293.3078 to 293.3086, inclusive, or a provisional ballot pursuant to NRS 293.5772 to 293.5887, inclusive;\n4. Instructions concerning the identification required for persons who registered by mail or computer and are first-time voters for federal office in this State;\n5. Information concerning the accessibility of polling places to persons with disabilities;\n6. General information concerning federal and state laws which prohibit acts of fraud and misrepresentation; and\n7.
