The Secretary of State shall ensure that:\n(a) All public information that is included on the Internet website required pursuant to NRS 293.4687 is accessible on a mobile device; and\n(b) A person may use a mobile device to submit any information or form related to elections that a person may otherwise submit electronically to the Secretary of State, including, without limitation, an application to preregister or register to vote and a request for a military-overseas ballot.\n2.
