In conducting a presidential preference primary election, the county clerk shall:\n(a) Distribute sample ballots for the presidential preference primary election;\n(b) Establish polling places for early voting by personal appearance;\n(c) Permit voting by registered voters of the major political party by mail ballot and military-overseas ballot in the manner and within the time required by chapters 293 and 293D of NRS; and\n(d) Establish polling places for the day of the presidential preference primary election. The provisions of NRS 293.273 apply to the presidential preference primary election.\n2.
