{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-315.031","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 315.031","heading":"Conditions upon which tenant required to vacate public housing.","body":"A tenant in public housing, and every person who resides with the tenant, is required to vacate public housing upon:\n1. The conviction of the tenant, or any person residing with the tenant, of a violation, while a resident of public housing, of any state or federal law regulating the possession, distribution or use of a controlled substance; or\n2.
