The Administrator shall administer the activities of the State Land Use Planning Agency. The Administrator has authority and responsibility for the development and distribution of information useful to land use planning.\n2. The State Land Use Planning Agency may provide technical assistance to a county or city in areas where such assistance is requested.\n3.
