If an inconsistency in land use plans develops between two or more adjacent or overlapping local government entities which cannot be resolved between them, one or more of them may request the State Land Use Planning Agency to study and assist in resolving the inconsistency.\n2. Upon receipt of such a request the Administrator shall convene a meeting of all the affected entities and shall provide technical assistance and advice in resolving the inconsistency.\n3.
