Whether or not a violation occurs in the presence of a law enforcement officer, the officer may, with or without a warrant, arrest and take into custody a person if the officer has probable cause to believe that:\n(a) An order has been issued pursuant to NRS 33.270 against the person;\n(b) The person has been served with a copy of the order; and\n(c) The person is acting in violation of the order.\n2. If a law enforcement officer cannot verify that the person was served with a copy of the order and the officer is at the workplace of the employer, the officer shall serve the person with a copy of the order if a copy is available.\n3.
