The Washoe Prevailing Wage Region consisting of Washoe County;\n2. The Northern Rural Prevailing Wage Region consisting of Carson City and the counties of Churchill, Douglas, Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Mineral, Storey, Pershing and White Pine;\n3. The Clark Prevailing Wage Region consisting of Clark County; and\n4.
