There is hereby created the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration.\n2. The Division consists of:\n(a) The Administrator;\n(b) The Buildings and Grounds Section;\n(c) The Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section;\n(d) The Public Works - Professional Services Section; and\n(e) The State Public Works Board.\n3.
