If the Advisory Committee on Financing Exports is created, it shall meet when requested by the Director and at such other times as its Chair may designate.\n2. A majority of the members of the Committee constitutes a quorum.\n3. The members of the Committee shall elect a Chair and a Secretary.\n4. The Committee shall adopt rules for its own management.\n5.
