{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-357.020","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 357.020","heading":"“Claim” defined.","body":"1. “Claim” means any request or demand, regardless of whether it is made under a contract or otherwise, for money, property or services, regardless of whether the State or a political subdivision has title to the money or property, that is:\n(a) Presented to an officer, employee or agent of this state or of a political subdivision of this state; or\n(b) Made to a contractor, grantee or other recipient if the money, property or services are to be spent or used on behalf of the State or a political subdivision and the State or political subdivision:\n(1) Provides or has provided any portion of the money, property or services that are requested or demanded; or\n(2) Will reimburse the contractor, grantee or other recipient for any portion of the money, property or services that are requested or demanded.\n2.
