An abstract of the judgment, or a copy thereof, may be recorded in the office of the county recorder of any county.\n2. From the time of its recordation, the abstract of the judgment becomes a lien upon all real and personal property in that county which the judgment debtor owns at the time, or which he or she may afterward acquire, until the lien expires.
