To exchange, barter, possess or traffic in;\n2. To solicit or receive an order for;\n3. To keep or expose for sale;\n4. To serve with meals;\n5. To deliver for value or in any way other than gratuitously;\n6. To peddle;\n7. To possess with intent to sell;\n8. To transfer to anyone for sale or resale;\n9. To possess or transport in contravention of this chapter;\n10. To traffic in for any consideration, promised or obtained directly or indirectly; or\n11.
