To transfer to anyone for sale or resale;\n8. To possess or transport in contravention of the provisions of NRS 370.007 to 370.430, inclusive, and 370.531 to 370.597, inclusive;\n9. To traffic in for any consideration, promised or obtained directly or indirectly; or\n10.
