Subject to the provisions of NRS 378.310 and subsection 4 of NRS 239.090, the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator shall furnish, on request, to a person who has paid the proper fees for it, a copy of material not deemed confidential in the archives, and may certify it if required.\n2.
