The Commission shall maintain, and revise at least once every 2 years, a 10-year plan to:\n(a) Preserve and promote Nevada’s cultural resources; and\n(b) Develop a network of cultural centers and activities in this State.\n2. The plan must include:\n(a) A description of the means by which a statewide network of cultural centers and activities is to be developed;\n(b) A program for awarding financial assistance to pay the actual expenses of preserving or protecting historical buildings to be used to develop a network of cultural centers and activities; and\n(c) A detailed list of the initial projects to be undertaken.\n3.
