To recognize public schools that reduce the frequency of the suspension, expulsion or removal of pupils from school as a means of discipline, including, without limitation, a reduction in the occurrences of the suspension, expulsion or removal of pupils that disproportionately affect pupils who belong to a group of pupils listed in subsection 2 of NRS 385A.250; and\n2.
