The board of trustees of a school district or governing body of a charter school if the meeting concerns the review of a plan submitted pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 388.243 or a summary presented or provided pursuant to paragraph (e) or (i) of subsection 2 of NRS 388.910;\n4. The State Board if the meeting concerns a regulation adopted pursuant to NRS 388.255;\n5. The Department of Education if the meeting concerns the model plan developed pursuant to NRS 388.253; or\n6.
