The Department of Education shall establish a Financial Literacy Month to be held once each school year. To the extent that money is available for that purpose, the Financial Literacy Month must include, without limitation:\n(a) A parent and family engagement summit, including, without limitation, programs related to saving and spending, employability skills, applying to and attending college, applying for and receiving financial aid, retirement and investments; and\n(b) A Student Smart Week and a Money Week.\n2.
