Organize the State Public Charter School Authority in a manner which will ensure the efficient operation and service of the State Public Charter School Authority;\n3. Serve as the Executive Secretary of the State Public Charter School Authority;\n4. Ensure that the autonomy provided to charter schools in this State pursuant to state law and regulations is preserved; and\n5.
