Prevent a board of trustees of a school district, governing body of a charter school, governing body of a university school for profoundly gifted pupils or independent contractor from:\n(a) Conducting further investigations of a prospective employee; or\n(b) Requiring an applicant to submit additional information or authorizations beyond what is required by NRS 391.885, 391.890 and 391.895.\n2. Prohibit a person or governmental entity from disclosing more information than is required by NRS 391.885, 391.890 and 391.895.\n3.
