{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-394.154","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 394.154","heading":"“Volunteer” defined.","body":"“Volunteer” means any person who, without compensation, works at, assists with or oversees any activity or event conducted or sponsored by a private school during or outside of school hours. The term:\n1. Includes, without limitation, a coach, assistant coach, director of in-school or extracurricular activities and chaperone of an overnight trip.\n2.
