Prevent a governing body of a private school from:\n(a) Conducting further investigations of a prospective employee; or\n(b) Requiring an applicant to submit additional information or authorizations beyond what is required by NRS 394.16065, 394.1607 and 394.16075.\n2. Prohibit a person or governmental entity from disclosing more information than is required by NRS 394.16065, 394.1607 and 394.16075.\n3.
