If the executive head of a private school receives notification, the executive head shall not release the name of the offender or the name of a victim to another person unless required by law or authorized by an order of the court.\n2. A person who obtains the name of the offender or the name of a victim pursuant to law or an order of the court shall not release the name of the offender or the name of a victim to another person unless required by law or authorized by an order of the court.\n3.
