An emergency operations plan development committee that receives a proposed deviation from a school committee pursuant to NRS 394.1691 shall, within 60 days after it receives the proposed deviation:\n(a) Review the proposed deviation and any information submitted with the proposed deviation; and\n(b) Notify the school committee that submitted the proposed deviation whether the proposed deviation has been approved.\n2.
