A driving school:\n(a) Must be located more than 200 feet from any office of the Department of Motor Vehicles;\n(b) Must have the equipment necessary to instruct students in the safe operation of motor vehicles and maintain the equipment in a safe condition; and\n(c) Must have insurance in at least the following amounts:\n(1) For bodily injury to or death of two or more persons in one crash, $40,000; and\n(2) For damage to property in any one crash, $10,000.\n2. The Department of Motor Vehicles may review and approve or disapprove any application to issue, renew or revoke a license for a driving school. The Department of Motor Vehicles may, at any time, inspect a licensed driving school and may recommend that its license be suspended or revoked.
