The Board of Regents consists of 13 members elected by the registered voters within the districts described in the shapefile adopted by NRS 396.047.\n2. The members of the Board of Regents must be elected as follows:\n(a) At the general election in 2002, and every 6 years thereafter, one member of the Board of Regents must be elected from districts 2, 3, 5 and 10.\n(b) At the general election in 2004, and every 6 years thereafter, one member of the Board of Regents must be elected from districts 6, 7, 8, 11 and 13.\n(c) At the general election in 2006, and every 6 years thereafter, one member of the Board of Regents must be elected from districts 1, 4, 9 and 12.\n3.
