If the System offers a course of study for obtaining an endorsement to teach courses relating to financial literacy, the course must require students in the course of study to create a personal finance portfolio or transition plan, which must include, without limitation, details relating to housing, health insurance and postsecondary education and financial aid resources.\n2.
