The Board of Regents, in cooperation with the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services, may establish a genetics program to provide clinical genetic and diagnostic services to residents of Nevada who have or may have a hereditary, chromosomal or multifactorial disorder.\n2.
