The main object of NRS 396.620 to 396.660, inclusive, as it relates to ore samples, is to aid the prospector in the discovery of new mineral deposits.\n2. NRS 396.620 to 396.660, inclusive, shall not apply in the following cases:\n(a) To operating mines.
