In a county wherein the board of county commissioners adopts an ordinance that designates the geographic boundaries of one or more corridors pursuant to NRS 244.35707, a justice court may establish an appropriate program for the adjudication of offenses punishable as a misdemeanor that occurred within such corridors.\n2.
