The Attorney General, in an action which involves:\n(a) A present or former state judicial officer, State Legislator, officer or employee of this State, immune contractor or member of a state board or commission; or\n(b) A person who is named as a defendant in the action solely because of an alleged act or omission relating to the public duties or employment of a person listed in paragraph (a).\n2.
