The following persons are subject to jurisdiction under this Code:\n(a) Any person described in subsection 1 of NRS 412.254 or who is a member of the state military forces; and\n(b) Any person who is in the custody of the state military forces before trial or who is serving a sentence imposed by a court-martial.\n2.
