In the Nevada National Guard not in federal service, a general court-martial may be convened by the:\n(a) Governor;\n(b) Adjutant General;\n(c) Commanding officer of a component of the state military forces;\n(d) Commanding officer of a division or a separate brigade; or\n(e) Commanding officer of a separate wing.\n2.
