If interstate mutual aid is provided to a party state pursuant to the Compact ratified by the Legislature pursuant to NRS 415.010, the Governor may, pursuant to chapter 414A of NRS, request mutual aid from a participant for use in providing aid in that state. If a participant provides emergency responders pursuant to a request made by the Governor, those emergency responders shall be deemed agents of this State.\n2.
