The Nevada Veterans Services Commission shall annually choose one of its members to serve as Chair and one of its members to serve as Vice Chair.\n2. The Director shall provide for the preparation and maintenance of written minutes for and audio recordings or transcripts of each meeting of the Commission.\n3.
