Prepare and submit a report, on or before February 15 of each even-numbered year, to the Governor, the Interagency Council on Veterans Affairs and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau for transmittal to the Legislative Commission. The report must, without limitation:\n(a) Summarize the activities of the Commission during the preceding 2 fiscal years.\n(b) Make recommendations to the Governor, the Legislature and the Director regarding issues relating to veterans.\n3.
