The Director shall have the power to sign and execute, in the name of the State, by “The Nevada Health Authority,” any contract or agreement with the Federal Government or its agencies.\n2. Any contract that obligates this State to expend federal funding provided under Title XIX of the Social Security Act must be signed by the Director.
