Upon approval of the Interim Finance Committee, the Director, through the Division, shall establish a program for the provision of medical assistance to certain persons who are employed and have disabilities. The Director shall establish the program by:\n(a) Amending the State Plan for Medicaid in the manner set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XIII);\n(b) Amending the State Plan for Medicaid in the manner set forth in 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XV); or\n(c) Obtaining a Medicaid waiver from the Federal Government to carry out the program.\n2.
