The Authority may, to carry out its duties set forth in NRS 422.27172 to 422.27179, inclusive, and 422.401 to 422.406, inclusive, and to administer the provisions of those sections:\n(a) Adopt regulations; and\n(b) Enter into contracts for any services.\n2.
