Except as otherwise prohibited by federal law or regulation, upon the request of a district judge or jury commissioner, the Department shall provide to the district judge or jury commissioner a list of the names and addresses of persons who receive public assistance for use in the selection of jurors pursuant to NRS 6.045.\n2.
