The Silver State General Assistance Program is hereby established within the Division to provide to eligible persons and households who are experiencing an extraordinary circumstance:\n(a) Temporary financial assistance, including, without limitation, cash, electronic benefits and vouchers; or\n(b) Temporary in-kind assistance,\nÊ or both.\n2.
